These regular chrome molybdenum steel probes have 7/8" outside diameter and heat-treated, wear-resistant bits. Swedged on the bit end and bored to 11/16" diameter - providing ideal clearance for easy sample removal. Nine inch cross handle threads onto each probe. 21" Soil probes retrieve 10"L core sample.
